At Dual Cities CrossFit, athletes that are new to CrossFit begin by working 1 on 1 with one of our coaches. We believe in building strong foundations that will help our athletes be successful and stay safe. After successfully completing the foundations class, you will then be able to attend regular classes with Dual Cities tight-knit fitness community. We keep our class sizes small to offer a better coaching experience.
