Favorite movements: pistols, handstand walks, handstand push ups, chest to bar pull ups and ring muscle up.
CrossFit Level 1
Growing up I have always been extremely competitive with the desire to always be better. I dabbled in many different sports growing up but gymnastics and tennis were what I focused on most. In 2014 I started CrossFit and haven’t been the same since. After years of training and many competitions, I decided to take the next step and get my Level 1 to help others learn and grow in their fitness journey.
As an ICU Nurse and a mom of 3, I have a drive and passion to not only help people begin to live a healthier lifestyle through fitness but also be the best version of themselves in the season they are in.
