Mike has been doing CrossFit since 2010. He started as a deconditioned middle aged man frustrated with just about every part of his life physically. The functional movements of CrossFit that are constantly varied but demanding high intensity was exactly what he needed to transform his mind and body into being classified in the top 2% of the healthiest men in his age.
In 2013 Mike passed his Level 1 certification to be a CrossFit trainer. Since then he has gone on to add additional certifications in continuing education. Mike spends the bulk of his time investing in others. He finds great fulfillment in life helping people move to become their best selves – body, soul, mind and spirit.
