I've played just about every sport. Now I'm mostly trying to fill my spare time with recreational golf. There aren't many highlights anymore, just trying to stay moving as best as possible for as long as possible.

I have more than 10 years of CrossFit experience, and I think improvements to one’s overall wellness begins in the kitchen and gym. I believe in the tried and true work capacity measurement. Improved work capacity is the standard in CrossFit; when you improve your work capacity, you reduce your resting heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol, among others. In short, you become healthier and fitter! I’m looking forward to coaching and working out with you at Dual Cities!
