Ages 13 to 18 can participate in the strength and conditioning program CrossFit Teens, which is created for both athletes and non-athletes. For maximum fitness and performance as well as to instill a lifelong love of exercise, the program mixes age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training.
Under the careful eye of our CrossFit certified coaches, proper weightlifting methods are taught to improve strength and power. Additionally, we emphasize fundamental gymnastics to improve flexibility, mobility, and agility.
